Periodically, I hold mindful meditation and prayer circles. An opportunity for participants to relate to their past, their fears, build resilience and emotional wellbeing. By living in the present moment self-love and self-care arises, bringing a sense of inner peace and empowerment.
Join me and experience a safe container of presence and peace while gaining insights and experience in applying mindfulness, prayer and meditation along your spiritual journey.

Participants will become more adept at letting their attention and focus be solely on themselves for a period of time during meditation and prayer, which can gradually be expanded to become their normal state of being.
​
Some of the outcomes of a regular meditation practice include: increasing self-compassion, loving-kindness and better self-care; recognising and meeting your personal needs more easily; cultivating richer and more fulfilling relationships; and experiencing vitality, joy and a deep sense of peace and security.
You will leave feeling more deeply connected to your Higher Self and Higher Power, however you perceive that to be.
